A slimy, traveling salesman named Tricky Travis hopes to make money selling his "Make You Strong Shirts" to the whole town. However, these shirts don't actually make you strong at all! After Peck and Toby are fooled by a big, strong bear dressed as a puny squirrel lifting a big but light and inflatable boulder while wearing the shirt, they think they're really strong.
